You need to include the most rewarding modality in dentistry in your dental practice. All questions you might have about implant dental surgery, prosthetics and bone grafting will be answered one on one by Dr. Tischler when you bring your patient to the Implant Center at Tischler Dental in Woodstock, NY.
 Dr. Tischler will be involved in treatment planning your case from the start and arrange the CAT Scan protocol and online reading. He will also guide you through the restorative aspects of the case that occurs in your office.
 
You as the doctor, will assist Dr. Michael Tischler chairside at his state of the art "Implant Center at Tischler Dental", on your patient for Implant and/or Bone Graft Surgery. Dr. Tischler will treatment plan the case with you via a Cone Beam CT with an online meeting, you will be part of the surgery first/hand, you will complete the restorative aspects of the case in your office with guidance from Dr. Tischler. One of your staff members will also be trained for what it takes to support you in your office.

You and your staff will leave with every question you might have answered.

The fee for the doctor and a staff member for all of this is $1500 per surgery. This is for 1 implant or many implants.  This includes staff member training and Dr. Tischler's popular DVD on Implant Dentistry and Bone Grafting. ( A $239 value) The DVD is required viewing prior to your first surgery with Dr. Tischler so that a common philosophy is shared for treatment. This is an important aspect to this protocol. The detailed associated fee's are outlined at the bottom of this page so that you know how to bill your patient correctly for a case.


This is an opportunity to have one of the leaders in the field, hold your hand through implant or bone grafting cases, whether it's your first surgery or you have done many cases. Your staff member will be trained in sterile set up, all the instruments and equipment needed, informed consent forms, inventory techniques, appointment scheduling, financial arrangements for implant/grafting cases.


You will be involved in the treatment planning process through an online meeting with a Cone Beam CT and 360 Imaging in Atlanta Georgia. This process doesn't require any software or software knowledge, as a radiologist and Dr. Tischler plan the case and guide you through it online.







Your patient will need a CT scan for this protocol to work and we will guide you with regards to finding a local CT site in your area and the entire protocol involved with the process. If you are local, Tischler Dental has an in office I Cat cone beam machine that can be utilized for this process. It should be realized that every implant and grafting case should be treatment planned with a Cone Beam CT and it is the standard of care for better treatment for the patient and for medical legal protection for the surgical and restorative doctor. This is the first thing that will be asked if there is ever a problem. The fact is when a CT is used to treatment plan a case, the problems are almost non existent.



You will be performing the restorative aspect of the case in your office and collect the fee for it. Dr Tischler receives the fee for the surgical aspects of the case from your patient. The fee of $1500 paid to Dr. Tischler covers his time for treatment planning with you, teaching you about the surgery, training your staff, and guiding you through the restorative completion of the case. This fee is for one implant or as many implants the case involves. Once you contact us, all details will be explained. The entire process is simple, and enjoyable for the doctor. This is the best thing you can do to get comfortable with implant dentistry or bone grafting.



The implant system that will be used on your patient is the  Biohorizons implant system, as Dr. Tischler has used this system exclusively for over 10 years with a success rate of 98%. Your patients will share this success and so will you as the restorative doctor on a case and hopefully as the surgical doctor in the future if you choose to use this system. The bone grafting products and techniques Dr. Tischler uses has remarkable results and you will see these results on your patients. Your patients will also be treated using the Tischler Dental Aseptic surgical drape kit, our exclusive pharmacological protocol of antibiotics and anti inflammation meds, and the most up to date equipment available in the field.

Costs for your patient: ( other than your restorative fee)

Cone Beam CT scan: Varies per CT site between $250-$450

360 Imaging CT analysis and processing: $250 for 1-4 implants or $400 for an arch
This includes a radiology report, implant planning, nerve mapping, and coloring any vital structures. Dr. Tischler's input with this is included in the doctors $1500 fee.

Dr Tischler's Implant fee: $ 2,200 per implant. This includes healing caps.

Dr. Tischler's Bone Graft Fee: Depends on defect size as per CT data.
